Mild quake shakes Dagupan

Dagupan City (3 February) -- A 3.8 magnitude mild quake shook the city yesterday at 5:20 a.m. lasting 10 seconds.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the mild quake was also felt in Baguio City and other parts of Northern and Central Luzon
Governor Amado Espino Jr instructed the provincial engineer's office to undergo inspection of all buildings which might have been affected by the quake.
