Now, through the citizen's charter, Dir. Edgar Cabase, Chief of the Traffic and Adjudication Service, the negative impressions to LTO will be eliminated. "All tasks will be accomplished in a fast and efficient manner, he assured.

Cabase said the citizen's charter is based on LTO vision of establishing a well-developed transportation system that will play a vital role in improving the lives of the Filipino people.

In the charter, it is indicated that licenses can be released in just a few minutes and so to other transactions.

Cabase also explained that through the charter, problems on corruption and fixers can be eliminated because the transacting public is now aware of the steps that they will undergo. The required documents and the payment will also be displayed to their offices.
