110 Capiz policemen get promotion

Roxas City (19 February) -- A total of 110 policemen in Capiz were promoted to the next higher rank.

Information Officer Pablito Silvestre of the Capiz Police Provincial Office disclosed that both commissioned and non-commissioned officers of the Philippine National Police here were recently recognized at the Camp Apil Provincial Office.

He said that Police Senior Inspector Rizalde Besana is now promoted to Police Chief Inspector while Police Inspectors Arnel Solis, Nazer Canja, Elton DC Arcangeles and Victorino Ricardo Acosta III were promoted to Police Senior Inspector, respectively.

Likewise Senior Police Officers 4 Numro M Vergara, Efren A Clavaton, Ferdinand M Fuene, and Lauro B Dela Torre were promoted to Police Inspector.

Silvestre disclosed that five non-commissioned policemen were promoted to Senior Police Officer 4, seven others were promoted to Senior Police Officer 3, and 28 were also promoted to Senior Police Officer 2.

He added that seven PNCOs were also promoted to Senior Police Officer 1, two to police officer 3 and 52 others to police officer 2.

During the pinning of rank insignia ceremony which was held here, Police Provincial Director Josephus Angan lauded the PNP men for their dedication to the police service.

Angan also expressed his gratitude to the fdamilies of the policemen for their patience and understanding in the nature of police work.

He challenged the police community to continue the hard work and dedication so have a reward for the good efforts towards public service. (PIA) [top]
