DSWD Davao needs information officer

Davao City (20 February) -- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Regional Office XI is looking for a Social Marketing Officer, 21-35 years old. The applicant must be a graduate of Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Development Communication, Journalism or any allied course.

Work assignment is focused on crafting and implementing social marketing strategies; conceptualizing and packaging advocacy and communication materials; feature writing; photo and video documentation of KALAHI-CIDSS Projects in New Corella, Davao Del Norte and Gov. Generoso in Davao Oriental; preparing creative IEC presentations; and media coordination and mobilization.

Interested applicants are requested to bring resume, transcript of records, and application letter addressed to: Regional Director ESTER ACEBEDO-VERSOZA, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Regional Office XI, R. Magsaysay Ave., Davao City.
