Targeted to be the next GK site to rise in the province, the 4th GK Bayani Challenge is set this April 2010 for the identified "poorest of the poor" beneficiaries in Monkayo. The site is in Sitio Libuton, Poblacion Monkayo named as Bansilaw Gawad Kalinga Village.

On February 15, the ground breaking ceremony of the site has been successful as spearheaded by Governor Arturo T. Uy, Vice Governor Ramil L. Gentugaya, Monkayo Mayor Manuel B. Brillantes, Jr., Vice Mayor Avelino Cabag, and GK Provincial Head Engr. Arnold L. Maloloy-on. Also present were SP Member Maria Carmen Zamora- Apsay, SP Member Neri M. Barte, SP Member Paul P. Galicia, USWAG GK Provincial Action Officer Raul Timogtimog, and other provincial and local officials. It was witnessed also by the Brillantes family, the donor of the 1 hectare site for the GK.

Prior to the ground breaking ceremony, the signing of the Deed of Donation of the land for the GK site was facilitated by Mayor Manuel B. Brillantes, Jr., Mr. Lito Brillantes, and their family. The Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing followed with Governor Uy representing the provincial government, Mayor Brillantes representing LGU Monkayo, and Engr. Maloloy-on in behalf of the Gawad Kalinga. There was a motorcade from the municipal hall going to the Bansilaw GK site.
