Tagalog News: Malacaņang, handang tumalima sa SC ruling sa resignation ng appointive officials

Manila (23 February) -- Sinabi ng isang opisyal ng Malacaņang na handa itong tumalima sa desisyon ng Supreme Court (SC) na ituring na nagresign na ang mga appointive officials na nagfile ng kanilang Certificate of Candidacy (COC) para sa halalan sa May 10,2010

Sinabi ni Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Charito Planas na hihintayin pa rin nila ang kopya ng desisyon ng Supreme Court bago sila magfafile ng motion for reconsideration.

Ang mga respondents sa kasong ito ay binibigyan ng "non-extendible period? na labinlimang araw mula kahapon upang makapagfile ng kani-kanilang motion for reconsideration.

Kabilang sa mga tatakbo sa pambansang halaan sa May 10 ay sina: Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita, Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Agnes Devanadera, Department of Agriculture (DA) Secretary Arthur Yap at Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Raul Gonzales Sr. (RMPadua/PIA 12) [top]
