Tagalog News: Seguridad sa SNAMMM sa PICC handa na

Manila (15 March) -- Handang-handa na ang Philippine National Police (PNP) na seguriduhing ligtas ang mga delegado sa Special Non-Aligned Movement Ministerial Meeting (SNAMMM) on Interfaith Dialogue and Cooperation for Peace and Development na gaganapin sa Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) sa lungsod ng Pasay ngayong linggo.

Dadaluhan ang nasabing meeting ng mahigit isang daang foreign delegates mula sa isang daan at limang (105) bansa sa buong mundo.

Inihayag ni PNP spokesman Chief Supt. Leonardo Espina na ipinag-utos ni Versoza ang activation ng PNP National Task Force "Special NAM" na pangungunahan ni Deputy Director General Jefferson Soriano, PNP Deputy Chief for Administration.

May kabuuang 4,966 na tauhan ng PNP ang magbabantay sa mga delegado at sa lugar na pagdarausan ng pagpupulong. Sila ay hinati sa labing-isang Task Groups, at bawat isa ay responsable sa iba?t ibang tungkulin kabilang na ang area security, close-in VIP security, route security and traffic management, mobile escort, emergency medical service, communications, investigation, airport security at seaborne patrol.

Binubuo ang Task Groups ng mga pangkat mula sa Aviation Security Group, National Capital Region Police Office, Police Security and Protection Group, Special Action Force, Highway Patrol Group, Intelligence Group, Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Maritime Group, Communication and Electronics Service and Health Service.

Binubuo din ang supporting teams ng mga pangkat mula sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, Presidential Security Group, Philippine Coast Guard, Bureau of Fire Protection, Department of Health, Metro Manila Development Authority, national Security Council, national Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Immigration, at Airport Police Department.
