DepEd Cauayan City to conduct "Brigada Eskwela"
Cauayan City, Isabela (21 May) -- The City School Division will be conducting a citywide Brigada Eskwela next week (May 24-28) to ready all school facilities to be used by pupils and students come regular classes on June 14, 2010.
Schools Division Superintendent Caesar Adaoag said the Brigada Eskwela is a regular activity of the education department entire the country for one week that is jointly participated by all sectors in the community in maintaining the cleanliness, repairing and fixing dilapidated parts of school buildings.
The city division has at least 10 public high schools and 60 elementary schools scattered all over strategic places in the city.
The Cauayan City National High School will be conducting a motorcade to main thoroughfares and to the city's business districts to create awareness and remind the public of the Brigada Eskwela activity.
After the motorcade, those who participated will start the Brigada Eskwela activity inside the school campus of CNHS from May 24-28, 2010. #m.g.edale, jr. (PIA Isabela) [top]
