Negros Occidental language and IT center opens for next school year
Negros Occidental (27 May) -- The Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center (NOLITC) of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental announces the offering of courses/training programs on English Language Proficiency and Contact Center Services for School Year 2010-2011.
NOLITC Vocational School Administrator Edmund Calaor reiterated requirements for admission which included Report Card/Transcript of Records, Certificate of Good Moral Character and/or Honorable Dismissal from school last attended, photocopy of Birth Certificate (SECPA) or Marriage Contract (SECPA), and must should be 18 years old and above.
The Center also offers PC Operations and Office Applications; Help to Enhance English Language Proficiency (HELP); and Better Spoken English among other courses/training programs for this school year.
NOLITC was created under SP Ordinance Number 2008-001 with the purpose of enhancing the adeptness, competency and efficiency in English and other foreign language and Information Technology (IT) skills of students in public schools and out-of-school youths.
Calaor also disclosed that the center's future offerings included Finishing Course for Call Center Agents and Computer Hardware Servicing.
Enrolment started May 24, 2010 and classes will begin on June 7, 2010.
