Agusan Sur gov bares accomplishments

Butuan City (2 June) -- With a few more days left as governor of Agusan del Sur, Maria Valentina "Tina" Plaza has displayed her sincerity in public service and the true love for the Agusanons as she celebrates her 43rd-year birthday yesterday, June 1, 2010.
As an opening salvo of the Governor's birthday celebration, a video presentation of Gov. Tina Plaza's milestone of accomplishments were viewed by thousands of Agusanons who shared with the lady governor the joys as she celebrates her birthday.
Played in a wide screen located at the garden of the Plaza residence in Patin-ay, Prosperidad, the action-packed three year term accomplishments were arranged according to the 8-point program of governance of Gov. Tina Plaza administration from the year 2007 up to the present. These programs ranges from economic development, peace and order, health and sanitation, food and agriculture, infrastructure development, environmental protection, moral and spiritual renewal and information technology development.
Guests and visitors from all walks of life were scattered all over the plaza residence, sharing the foods that the celebrant prepares for everybody who join her. As part of the program, a favorite song of Gov. Tina Plaza entitled "Sinta" were rendered by the national and local chiefs of offices, but to everybody's surprise, the lady governor step up the stage where the rendition was settled and sing "Sinta" with gusto, with more or less 50 chiefs of offices.
"My brothers and sisters Agusanons, I want you to know, I am not leaving you. I am just widening the scope of my responsibilities for you. With Representative Evelyn "Bebs" Mellana in the Second District of Agusan del Sur and Gov. Eddiebong as your Governor, we will work as a team to deliver to you the services that you and I have been dreaming of.
