Pagadian-Zambo Sur chamber holds "Negosem"

Pagadian City (29 June) -- As the forefront in delivering the needed services to its member and non-member MSMEs and pro-actively campaigning for entrepreneurship development in the province the Pagadian City-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. (PCZCCIFI) will be holding the first ever Go Negosyo Seminar on July 6, 2010 at the Liga ng mga Barangay Convention Center, this city.

The said seminar is one of the several activities to be undertaken in observance of the Business Week and the Micro Small Medium Enterprise Development (MSMED) Week on July 5 - 9, 2010. It is being conducted in coordination with the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship (PCE) - Go Negosyo, and Department of Trade and Industry Provincial Office in Zamboanga del Sur.

Along side, during the seminar, a Trade Fair will also be conducted to give opportunity to local MSMEs, particularly chamber members to showcase and market their best products.

According to Mercedes Lourdes Quisumbing, President of PCZCCIFI well-known speakers were invited, like Cito Beltran, Columnist, Philippine Star who will lecture on Mastering Self; Professor Jay Bernardo of the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship will talk on Opportunities and Product Development; Professor Romeo Fernando from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) will discussed on Marketing and DBP Regional Head and Vice President Cathy Marquez on Financing.

Mr. Claudio Orjalesa of Pagadian Taft Mart and a representative of Springland Youth Workers Association will also share their success stories during the seminar, Quisumbing said.

Registration fee of P300.00 per participants will be collected while student rate is P100.00
