Bago City PNP strengthens ties with local banks, pawnshops and lending firms
Bacolod City (14 September) -- Police officers from Bago City visited the various lending institutions, banks, pawnshops and other business establishments in Bago city and coordinated with the respective managers and owners on various crime-prevention efforts to prevent heists and other criminal acts.
The team of local police officers was spearheaded by Police Chief Inspector Rico Santotome Jr, deputy police chief of the city. He was accompanied by Police Officer 2 Maharlika Malunes and Police Officer 1 Emily Ga of Bago City PNP's Police Community Relations Team.
Santotome met with bank, pawnshop and lending firm managers as well as owners of gasoline stations in the city and discussed security measures to pre-empt robberies, hold-ups and other illegal activities perpetrated by unscrupulous persons.
Among those visited were First Community Bank, the various local pawnshops in the city as well as lending corporations operating in Bago City.
