Negros policemen undergo neuro-psychiatric test
Bacolod City (16 September) -- A total of 165 PNP personnel from Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office (NOPPO), Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) and 6RPSB took the Neuro-Psychiatric examination conducted by Regional Health Service 6 (RHS6) recently, at Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr in Bacolod City.
NOPPO Health Service Team led by Police Senior Inspector Jessica Descallar assisted the members of RHS6 headed by Police Superintendent Napoleon Reolo.
Police Chief Inspector Regidor Alvarado, chief of NOPPO Administrative Branch, said examination aims to test the psychological capabilities of personnel for them to be qualified for promotion to the next higher rank.
It is a mandate for the members of the Philippine National Police to be mentally fit as they render their duties as public servant, Alvarado said.
Alvarado also confirmed that the examination will be continued to accommodate all personnel in the province who are applying for promotion. (NOPPO/PIA/cad) [top]
