Surigao del Norte (November 10) -- A two-day Jobs Fair will be conducted on November 11 and 12 at the Provincial Sports Complex open grounds in line with the livelihood program of Gov. Sol Matugas.

Pantejo said at least 9 local and overseas employment companies from Davao City and Manila have already confirmed their participation for the said Jobs Fair.

Pantejo also said that there are around 3,000 job vacancies to be offered in the said activity. "We expect around 3,000 jobs available for this jobs fair," he said.

These jobs according to Pantejo varies from minimal qualification, such as cake decorators, flower arrangers, pipe fitters, welders, bus girls/boys, chefs, up to those requiring high degrees of skills such as teachers, nurses and other medical personnel, which are in demand today.

Various government line agencies like OWWA-Caraga will also provide an orientation about their newest program ? the HEALTHPRO or the Health Program for Overseas Filipino Workers.
