Makati schedules passport processing on Nov. 13
Manila (11 November) -- The Makati City government has set on Nov. 13(Saturday), the processing date for its scheduled passport mobile services which benefited some 500 first time applicants and residents who had their passports renewed.
Applicants who passed the pre-application process conducted by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) should proceed to the ground floor of the Makati City Hall new building from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
They have to shoulder the P 1,200 passport processing fee.
Meanwhile, releasing of passports is set on Dec. 4 (Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Makati City Hall ground floor.
The free mobile passport service was said to be Makati's action to reach out to applicants, who cannot be readily available to visit the office of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Through this innovative mobile passport service process, the DFA visited Makati City last October to serve the residents, especially those who want to work abroad. (PIA-MMIO) [top]
