Oro PESO announces hiring of 560 skilled workers for overseas job

Cagayan de Oro City (20 November) -- The Public Employment Services Office (PESO) recently announced the urgent hiring of 560 skilled workers needed for overseas employment.

PESO manager Juvy Paza said EEI Corporation, a global corporation engaged primarily in construction, is in need of 120 mechanical engineers and 90 civil engineers, aged 24 to 45 years old, for assignment in Saudi Arabia. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, she added.

Applicants should bring along their resume, diploma and transcript of records. Examinations and interview dates are tentatively set within the 2nd week of December this year.

Currently, the PESO has started accepting applications for the above posts. Interested applicants may inquire at the PESO located at 3rd floor Cagayan de Oro City Hall or may call 857-5057 local 307 for more information.

Other skilled workers needed include 300 licensed drivers, between 21 to 32 years old, for deployment as KFC delivery drivers in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

For Singapore, 50 pipe fitter supervisors are needed. Applicants must be between 25 to 49 years old, with 8 years experience in the field.

Locally, 50 account executive bookkeepers and 200 call center agents are needed. (City Information Office) [top]
