Malacañang condemns killers of Bishop Ramento
Manila (4 October) -- Contrary to the scenario of allegations questioning the present administration on the killing of Bishop Alberto Ramento, Malacañang has joined the victim’s family and his supporters in condemning the killers of the slay case.
In a press briefing, Press Secretary and Presidential Spokesman Ignacio Bunye said, “the murder of Aglipayan Bishop Alberto Ramento is an abominable act that the police must attend to with thoroughness and dispatch.”
Hence, the Palace is urging some sectors to refrain from wild and insensitive allegations that any authorities had a hand in the case.
“Let us spare this case from partisan controversy and wait instead for the results of the investigation and action by the law enforcement agencies.” (PIA—MMIO) [top]
