Cagayan de Oro City (6 October) -- The Lanao del Sur Provincial Administration of Governor Aleem Bashier Manalao hails President Arroyo and all concerned agencies for their continuing efforts in responding to the demands of the typhoon victims particularly the rehabilitation, reconstruction and provision of relief and medical operations as well as financial assistance to those families deprived of their livelihood due to typhoon Milenyo.

According to the Provincial Information Officer Samanoding Sansarona, Manalao believes in the sincerity of President Arroyo in personally visiting the typhoon-affected areas and in monitoring activities of government agencies in ensuring that problems caused by typhoon Milenyo are addressed immediately and effectively.

Sansarona also said Gov. Manalao is closely monitoring the effect of typhoon Neneng in the province so that the public can be easily warned of the damages the typhoon could bring to this part of the country. (PIA-Marawi)
