Pag-Ibig Fund wheels to Camiguin on Oct. 9-11

Cagayan de Oro City (7 October) -- To be closer to its members in Camiguin, the PAG-IBIG Fund Cagayan de Oro Branch will conduct a “Pag-IBIG Fund on Wheels” activity on October 9-11, 2006 at the Camiguin Convention Center, Mambajao town.
Earlier set on October 4-6, the activity was deferred due to bad weather conditions. Services offered include receiving and pre-processing of applications for Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL), Provident Claims, Housing Loan and membership registration for the employed as well as the voluntary covered applicants. The latter includes those which are self-employed, self-paying, overseas contract workers, non-working spouses, barangay officials, associations and cooperatives.
Moreover, there will also be information servicing to cater to members’ queries on the status of their records, membership, loans (MPL or housing) and Provident Claims. Payments for membership contributions and loans (MPL or housing) will also be accepted.
Interested housing loan applicants are encouraged to join the pre-requisite Housing Loan Counseling scheduled as follows: Monday, October 9 – 3:00 to 5:00 PM; October 10, 3:00 to 5:00PM;and October 11 – 10:00AM to 12:00 PM.
