Isabela vice mayor gets outstanding taxpayer award
SANTIAGO CITY, Isabela (10 October) -- The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in Isabela recently cited vice mayor Armando Tan here as one of the top individual taxpayers in the province.
The certificate of appreciation was given by lawyer Eduardo Pagulayan, Jr., officer-in-charge of BIR revenue district of Isabela.
The BIR cited Tan in recognition to his financial declaration of his assets, thereby helping the agency in its campaign to raise more revenues.
