PNP Iligan welcomes new commander
Iligan City (11 October) -- "Under my watch, I will ensure that crime prevention, control and suppression or pro-active policing approach shall be my priority focus and concern in addressing criminality rather than being reactive," declared Police Senior Superintendent Virgilio Taguiamon Ranes, who took over as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Iligan City Police Office (ICPO) on October 9, 2006.
