Oro City hall employees awarded
Cagayan de Oro City (18 October) -- For their unwavering commitment to public service, four employees of the City Assessment Office were given recognition for spending a good part of their productive years serving the public.
Among those recognized for their exemplary service are Charles Niderost, Local Assessment Officer I for his 29 years of service; Luzminda Akiat, Local Assessment Officer II for her 23 years of service, and Nella Naomi Cabasagan-Local Assessment Officer III for her 33 years.
The said employees received their plaque of recognition from Acting City Mayor Juan Y. Sia during the regular flag raising ceremony at the City Hall Quadrangle.
Meanwhile, a posthumous award was given to Norberto Cosadio for his service as the city assessor for five years until he died early of this year of cardiac arrest.
Mr. Atinodoro Asequia, City Assessor’s Head said that even in a simple way, they were able to express their gratitude to the men and women who have given their lives to public service. (City Information Office/RAGCOM) [top]
