DTI bares 24 new realtors, 2007 test set for Nov. 26

Tagbilaran City (20 October) -- Twenty-four examinees, representing 22.85% of the total examinees successfully hurdled the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examinations conducted May 28 in Cebu, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection (BTRCP) recently bared.

The successful examinees, DTI BTRCP said are: Alonte, Kenneth C.; Barola, Ma. Teresa P.; Barong Jared B.; Cahig, Mario Luvert H.; Dela Torre, Napoleon Jr. B..

Fernandez, Globert Y.; Ftritzsche, Antonina T.; Gepte, Rosemary T.; Juagao, Marlyn B.; Kintanar, Sheldon Vincent B.; Manticajon, Corazon C.; Mendoza, Sandra T.; Narciso, Mae E.; Paradela, Invictus M.

Quiokeles, Dennis R.; Quiokeles, Fleurdemae Y.; Salvador, Pearcy Joy T.; Sasil, Marcial, Jr. A.; Secretaria, Glory Mae B.; Sen, Neil Allen A.; Siarot, Jen Elizabeth C.; Temblor, Barbara May R.; Torda, Carl Dennis D.; and Tumulak, Mallah Z.

For those aiming to get their licenses, this year’s examination is set November 26, 2006 from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon at 3/F Allied Sciences Building, Cebu Normal University, Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City.

According to DTI BTRCP, examination requirements are: 3 pcs. 1x1 ID picture, proof of educational attainment (please bring the original copy for confirmation purposes), self-addressed with stamp envelope and P250.00 examination fee.

A review is also available as conducted by the Philippine Association of Real Estate Brokers (PAREB), the Cebu Realtors Board, Inc. (CEREB), this November 4, 11 and 12, 2006.

For Boholano applicants, forms are now available at the DTI Bohol Provincial Office while the deadline for submission of application is set Wednesday, November 15, 2006.
