ICT exhibit highlights 3rd e-Biz Week in GenSan

General Santos City (25 October) -- Technology and software vendors, internet and web service providers, medical transcription company, content providers, mobile and wireless telecom companies, and allied services providers converge to showcase their products and services in a 5-day fair dubbed as " ICTex".

ICTex will be staged on Oct. 26-30 at the Atrium of KCC Mall. This exhibit aims to update the public of the newest trend in technology as well as to show them what the latest in ICT equipment and gadgets is.

Companies which eagerly expressed their interest to join the exhibit are Globe, Smart, Foxchit Business Systems Management, Lane Systems, Columbia Computer, Mita, Sony, Emcor ATS, and KCC Mall. Medical Transcription companies Transcode One and the newly opened MTC Academy are also joining the fair to campaign for their services. The MIS Division of Holcim Philippines, the country's leading cement producer, will also participate to let the people see how innovations in technology greatly help the company.

Last year's ICTex generated more than Php .2M cash sales and forge a number of job contracts for business solutions and consultancy works. With even more developments in IT products and services, revenues are expected to surpass last year's records.

The exhibit will run from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays and from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm on weekends. This exposition also aims to stir up awareness among the businessmen on how lucrative it is to invest in the ICT industry with the ever growing demands for products and services.
