Tagalog News: Aksidente sa Makilala, 18 ang nasawi

Koronadal, South Cotabato (30 October) -- Inararo ng isang 10-wheeler truck na may kargang graba at buhangin ang may sampung (10) sasakyan na nakaparke kasama ang ilang sibilyang nakikibahagi sa ginanap na patronal fiesta kamakailan sa Sitio Patulakan, Brgy. Malasila sa Makilala, Cotabato.

Sa kasalukuyan, umabot na sa 18 katao ang naitalang nasawi sa pangyayari at may 11 katao naman ang sugatan.

Inihayag naman ni Makilala Mayor Honofre Respecio na ang malakas na pagsalpok ng 10-wheeler truck sa mga nakaparkeng sasakyan ay naging dahilan ng pagkatilapon ng iba pang biktima sa gilid ng kalsada.

Kaugnay nito, sumuko na rin kahapon ang naturang may-ari ng sasakyan na si G. Monteverde sa pag-ako ng lahat ng gastusin at pagbibigay assistance sa lahat ng mga biktima. (ajph/PIA 12) [top]
