Entrepreneurs invited to PUM business conference

General Santos City (31 October) -- Hoping to explore possibilities of technical cooperation between small, medium enterprises / entrepreneurs and with an aim to help faster the development of a social market economy, local entrepreneurs are invited to the PUM Business Conference slated October 26, 2006 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City, Philippines. "PUM is an organization of more than 4,000 Dutch entrepreneurs, managers, and specialists who have recently retired or sold their company and are willing to offer their expertise free of charge to fellow entrepreneurs.

They go on missions to assist companies in other countries based on their many years of experience and knowledge in a wide variety of fields, such as agriculture, industry and trade, health care, management and public sector services. Aside from Asia, PUM experts are sent on requests to countries in Africa, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe. Their number of missions now reaches 2,000 a year," DTI here disclosed.
