Tagalog News: Palasyo tumanggap ng suporta mula sa mga Japanese firms

Koronadal, South Cotabato (10 November) -- Sa isang pahayag ni Press Secretary at Presidential Spokesman Ignacio R. Bunye, malugod na tinanggap ng Malakanyang ang naiulat na pagbibigay ng malaking tiwala at positibong pananaw ng mga Japanese firms sa Pilipinas, isang indikasyon at patunay na ang administrasyong Arroyo ay epektibo at malakas lalo na sa mga foreign investors.

Sa isang survey ng Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), may 180 Japanese firms buong bansa ang nagpahayag ng suporta at tiwala sa Pilipinas, sa unang pagkakataon sa loob ng 18 buwan. Pumalo rin sa positive 2.8 points ang nakuhang rating ng bansa mula negative 40.9 points noong December 2001 at 22.9 points noong September 2004.

Umaasa rin si Bunye na sa pamamagitan ng samahang ito, lalo pang mapagtibay ang kampanya sa peace and prosperity at human security ng mga bansa.

Binigyang diin din ni Bunye ang kampanya laban sa kahirapan ng dalawang bansa kung saan ang Japan ang kasalukuyang nangunguna sa International Monitoring Team sa Mindanao. (ajph/PIA 12) [top]
