Tagalog News: Pilipinas naglaan ng cash para sa Medical Tourism

Koronadal, South Cotabato (14 November) -- Naglaan ng pondo ang pamahalaan para sa Medical Tourism ng Pilipinas. Ito umano ang inaasahang maging umpisa ng pagbuti ng Health Care dito sa ating bansa.

Inihayag ni Press Secretary at Presidential spokesman Ignacio Bunye sa ginanap na pagpupulong sa Malacaņang kasama si Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Chair Carlito Puno at ilan pang Miyembro ng Gabinete na sa tatlong doktor na umaalis ng bansa kada taon para sa Greener Pastures, ang ating mga paaralan sa Medisina ay nakaprudyos lamang ng dalawang doktor at may net drain na isang doktor lang kada taon.

Inihayag din ni Puno na ang simpling solusyon dito ay pagbutihin ang pagtuturo sa medisina upang magkaroon ng maraming mga doctor at mahimok ang iba pang mga health professional na ditto na magtrabaho sa ating bansa.

Inihayag din ni Health Francisco Pingcoy Duque III na ang unang taon ng Medical Tourism sa bansa ay kumikita ng mahigit sa $200 bilyong dolyar. (abb/PIA 12) [top]
