Tagalog News: Real estate industry ng bansa bumubuti

Manila (1 October) -- Inihayag ni Vice President at Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairman Noli de Castro na ang 17.1% na pagtaas sa Real Estate Industry ay magandang balita sa likod ng paborableng estado ng ekonomiya ng bansa.

Ang pagtaas na tinamo ng real estate industry, ayon kay de Castro ay bunsod ng pagdami ng mga paupahang commercial at office spaces dala na rin ng pagtatayo ng mga bagong malls at shopping centers sa mga metropolitan areas at ang pag-unlad ng business process outsourcing industry.

Tiwala naman ang pamahalaan na aangat ang real estate industry ng bansa sa housing kasunod ng pagtaas ng benta sa mga residential subdivision at condominium projects na "in demand" umano lalo na sa mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

Sa kabila ng mga ilang mga masisilang usapin pampulitika, umaasa si de Castro na hindi ito makakaapekto sa kasalukuyang estado at magandang indicators ng ekonomiya, sa halip, patuloy itong magbibigay benepisyo sa mga mahihirap at tutulong sa pag-abot ng vision ng bansa na mapabilang sa mga first-world countries sa loob ng dalawampung (20) taon.
