Tagalog News: Ten Outstanding Policewomen ng bansa nakatanggap ng parangal mula kay Pangulong Arroyo

Manila (26 October) -- Sampung (10) namumukod tanging mga babaeng pulis ng bansa ang nakatanggap ng parangal mula kay Pangulong Gloria Macapagal Arroyo dahil sa ipinakitang kagalingan at kahusayan sa pagsagawa ng kanilang mga tungkulin at misyon lalo na sa law enforcement, public safety, criminal justice at community relations.

Ang mga awardees para sa taong ito ay mga pulis na itinalaga sa iba' ibang police regional offices (PRO) ng region 2, region 5, region 7, region 8, region 10, at region 13. Kabilang din sa ten outstanding awardees ang mga police na itinalaga mula sa Health Service, AIDSOTF, PNP SAF, at Crime Laboratory Group.

Maliban sa mga medalyang iniabot ng Pangulo, nakatangap din ang mga awardees ng cash incentive mula sa Zonta Club ng Makati na nagpasimula ng taunang search noong 2002 sa pagkilala sa kahalagahan ng mga policewomen bilang "partners" ng mga policemen sa pagsasaayos at pagpapabuti ng nangungunang law enforcement agency ng bansa.(ajph/PIA 12) [top]
