Tagalog News: Super Regions project pinapabilis

Manila (13 November) -- Nilagdaan na ni Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo ang Administrative Order no. 206 na nag-uutos sa Super Region Champions ng pag-iibayo ng monitoring at pagpapabilis sa konstruksiyon at bidding ng mga proyektong pang-imprastraktura para sa mga Super Regions.

Umabot na sa P156.6 billion ang inilaang pondo ng pamahalaan sa proyektong pang-imprastraktura sa super regions para sa susunod na taon. Ito ay mas mataas ng P22.6 billion kumpara sa inilaang pondo ng pamahalaan ngayong taon.

Upang maseguro ang kalidad at maayos na implementasyon ng nakalaang mga proyekto, binuo din ng pamahalaan ng nakalipas na Setyembre ang Pro-Performance System at Procurement Transparency group kung saan ito rin ang itinalaga na magmomonitor sa pasisimula ng implementasyon ng mga proyekto.
