Hiligaynon News: Pangulong Arroyo magapanguna sa Galing Pook Awards

Roxas City (12 February) -- Pagapangunahan ni Pangulong Gloria Macapagal–Arroyo ang pagpasidungog sa 10 ka talalupangdon nga mga programa sa lokal nga pagginobyerno kaangut sa Galing Pook Awards karon nga adlaw, Pebrero 12, sa may Rizal Hall sa Malakanyang.

Si Pangulong Arroyo ang pagaupdan sa nasambit nga seremonya nanday Secretary Ronaldo Puno sang Department of the Interior and Local Government ukon DILG, Reynaldo David nga Presidente sang Development Bank of the Philippines ukon DBP, Renaud Meyer nga Country Director sang United Nations Development Program ukon UNDP sa pungsod kag Hilda Pico nga Presidente sang LandBank of the Philippines.

Samtang ang 10 ka mga awardees sa Galing Pook ang ginalakipan sang:

1.) Probinsya sang Albay bangud sang pagpundar sang Disaster Preparedness and Management; 2.) Sultan Kudarat kag South Cotabato sa ila Multi-Sectoral Alliance for Allah Valley Landscape Planning and Management; 3.) Barangay Sanito sa Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay bangud sang pagpanumbalik sang katawhayan pinaagi sa Barangay Local Government Code; 4.) Probinsya sang Cotabato bangud sang programa nga Children Advocates for Peace; 5.) Syudad sang Marikina bangud sang Service Without Delay through Centralized Warehousing; 6.) Probinsya sang Pampanga bangud sang programa nga Turning Sand to Cash; 7.) Syudad sang Quezon bangud sang pagtinguha sini nga mahimo ang Payatas nga mangin modelo sang Waste-Disposal; 8.) Syudad sang San Carlos bangud sang programa Moving towards a Sustainable City; 9.) Syudad sang San Fernando sa Pampanga bangud sang programa Governance as a Shared Responsibility; kag 10.) Syudad sang Taguig bangud sang programa nga Condo Living for the Urban Poor.
