DBP assists infra program of Camarines Sur municipality
Manila (17 February) -- State-owned Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) recently granted a P13.9 million term loan to the Municipality of Libmanan, Camarines Sur for the acquisition of various heavy equipments to provide the LGU with the necessary facilities to implement its infrastructure program.
This infrastructure program particularly includes the construction of farm-to-market roads and improvement of road access to different barangays of the municipality. The project is expected to benefit residents of far-flung areas of the municipality since it will significantly hasten the transport of farm products to the markets.
Libmanan is a first class municipality with trading and farming as its main industries. (PIA-MMIO) [top]
