Cebuano News: Jeepney transport groups nagsabot sa pagpaubos sa pamasahe ug P.50

Manila (18 February) -- Usa ka kasabutan ang naabot durante sa meeting sa mga lideres sa Metro Manila transport groups kauban ni Presidente Gloria Arroyo didto sa Malacanang gahapong adlawa.

Ang mga lideres sa transport industry nag-ingon nga ang pagpaubos sa pamasahe temporaryo lamang, dugang ang pag-ingon nga ila pang hisgut-hisgutan ang mahinungdanong punto sa pagpaubos sa pamasahe lakip na ang pagsugod niini ug ang iyang scope.

Ang mga lideres sa nag-una nga mga transport groups nga nagmeeting didto sa Palasyo mao sila si Zeny Maranao sa Foundation of Jeepney Operator and Drivers Association of the Philippines (Fejodap), Efren de Luna sa Philippine Confederation of Drivers and Operators-Alliance of Concerned Transport Organization (PCDO-ACTO ug Vigor Mendoza sa United Transport Koalisyon (1-UTAK).

Si Alberto Suansing, Chairman sa Land Transportation and Franchise Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ningtambong usab sa maong meeting.

Sila nagdugang pag-ingon nga sa sinugdanan, ang pag-iban sa pamasahe i-implementar sa Metro Manila tungod kay ang mga transport groups gikan sa mga probinsya magsabot pa sa version sa pagpahigayon sa rollback. (PIA-Biliran) [top]
