NVIzcaya to send 16 nurses to Spain
Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya (4 June) -- The province is set to send at least 16 nurses in Spain as part of the twinning agreement between the province and Bizkaia, Spain.
Jimmy Calata, Vizcaya-Spain twinning agreement coordinator said the commitment to absorb nurses from Nueva Vizcaya was assured by first secretary and consul Marciano de Borja in his visit during last May 23-24 during the province's 1st grand "Ammungan" festival.
The 16 nurses, Calata said will be sufficiently compensated and supported with all the necessary benefits and privileges as they work with Spain's public health and welfare institutions.
The nurses, he said were the 2nd batch of nurses sent by the province to Spain for employment under the Vizcaya - Spain twinning agreement. (PIA NVizcaya) [top]
