Tagalog News: UK-based Global Green Power PLC Corp. sinimula ang bidding process

Manila (17 June) -- Sinimulan na ng UK-based Global Green Power PLC Corp. ang bidding process para sa mga key equipment at serbisyong kinakailangan para sa pagpapatayo ng unang tatlong 15 megawatt (MW) biomass power plants sa Panay, Nueva Ecija at Pangasinan.

Ang Global Green sa pamamagitan ng subsidiaries nito ay magpapalabas ng mahigit P5.6 billion o maykabuuang US$40 million bawat proyekto para sa tatlong power plants sa ilalim ng Renewable Energy program ng Pilipinas.

Ang nasabing proyekto ay inaprubahan sa pamamagitan ng pag-indorso ng Department of Energy kasabay ng pagkapasa ng Renewable Energy Bill noong Disyembre at tumanggap na rin ng Board of Investment registration bilang pioneer projects.

Ayon kay Gordon Thomson, CFO ng Global Green Power PLC Corporation, ang BOI incentives ay magbibigay-daan para sa produkto ng special fiscal at non-fiscal incentives. (KAlbay/PIA 12) [top]
