Symbol of peace rises in Cansilayan, Tigbauan
Tigbauan, Iloilo (19 June) -- A Day Care Center and a school building, two structures built in Barangay Cansilayan, Tigbauan, Iloilo now epitomizes the symbol of peace.
These infrastructure projects were the result of the consultations made from the people themselves who identified what their priority needs were to uplift their condition.
Barangay Cansilayan was identified under the RPA-ABB peace agreement as a peace and development area. It has a population of 338 and agriculture is the only means of livelihood.
