Tagalog News: May implementing guidelines para sa PNP Reward System - Versoza

Manila (24 June) -- Isang implementing guidelines para sa PNP Reward System ang ipinalabas ni Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Jesus Versoza upang resolbahin ang mga kaso ng karahasan sa mga mamamahayag, aktibista, hinirang na opisyal ng pamahalaan at ilang government workers, kandidato at mga election workers.

Ayon kay Versoza, bahagi ng P25-million special fund na inaprubahan ng Pangulong Arroyo para sa PNP Reward System ang pagbibigay ng pabuya sa sinumang makakapagbigay ng impormasyon upang matunton at mahuli ang sinumang may hawak o nagbebenta ng mga loose firearms o walang lisensiyang baril na bahagi ng mas pina-igting na police crackdown.

Matatandaan na ipinag-utos ng Pangulong Arroyo sa PNP na resolbahin ang mga kaso ng karahasan na nagaganap sa bansa lalo na sa mga mamamahayag, politiko, aktibista at mga kawani ng pamahalaan.

Itinalaga din ng Pangulo ang Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM) sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Police Director Raul Bacalzo upang mamahala para sa implementasyon ng Reward System. (Abbenal/PIA 12) [top]
