Tagalog News: Information Drive sa A(H1N1) virus, matagumpay na idinaos sa USM

Manila (24 June) -- Matagumpay na idinaos ang kalahating araw na "Pagpanilag" program na pinangungunahan ng University Student Government ng USM kaninang umaga.

Ang nasabing symposium ay dinaluhan ng mga estudyante ng Pamantasan na naglalayong bigyan ng kaalaman ang mga nagsidalo, kaugnay sa A(H1N1) virus.

Inihayag ngayong hapon ni USG adviser Yvonne Saliling na tinalakay ni University Internist Dra. Sheila Pelaez ang mga sintomas ng taong nahahawaan ng A(H1N1) kabilang dito ang lagnat at pananakit ng ulo.

Binigyang diin pa ni Saliling na hindi naman masyadong alarming ang nasabing sakit subalit mabilis umano ang paglaganap nito lalo na't mahina ang resistensiya ng taong matatamaan ng nasabing sakit.

Nagbigay din ng impormasyon ang Red Cross youth sa palatuntunan kaninang umaga. Nandoon din ang mga elemento ng Kabacan Peace and Order Force para sa security measures sa pangunguna ni Police chief Inspector Franklin Anito at ilang mga kasapi ng Ayala Foundation, TAYO, AKBAYAN at ng Youth Vote Philippines.
