DTI Negros Occidental launches free livelihood seminars
Iloilo City (30 June) -- A free business seminar series will be held by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Negros Occidental Provincial Office on July 7, 2009, at the Technology and Livelihood Development Center in Bacolod City.
The initiative, which is under the government's Comprehensive Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program (CLEEP), will focus on how to start entrepreneurial ventures and training on quail-raising and swine–fattening.
The DTI said the program is in support of micro and small entrepreneurs, would be entrepreneurs, Overseas Filipino Workers, displaced workers, students and the out-of-school youth. (PIA/cad) [top]
