Pagadian approves P200-K cash reward for info on Fr Sinnot

Pagadian City (27 October) -- The Chief Executive, together with the Sangguniang Panlungsod, approved the Php 200,000 reward to anyone who can give vital information on the whereabouts of Fr. Michael Sinnott leading to his retrieval.

The City Government, led by Mayor Samuel Co, recommended the resolution to the Crisis Management Committee chaired by Zamboanga del Sur Governor Aurora Enerio - Cerilles. The said reward is likewise coursed through the committee.

The resolution stressed that the information on the location of Fr. Sinnott must include a 'proof of life,' must point to his exact location and that it would lead to his safe release.

According to the City Mayor, the city government is also appealing the help of any civic organizations for solicitations in addition to the cash reward.

Meanwhile, Governor Aurora Enerio - Cerilles has appealed to anybody who has essential information regarding the whereabouts of Fr. Sinnott, to contact the hotlines, so that medicines could be immediately delivered to him. (PR zds/pgo-ppb) [top]
