Implementation started for P20-M concreting projects in Cotabato

Koronadal City (29 October) -- 20 million concreting projects in two (2) project packages were undertaken by the Cotabato District Engineering Office along Midsayap – Makar and Dualing-Baliki Road Sections.

The said projects commenced last March 20 and March 30 respectively under contract with Llaban Construction and both to be completed on September 10, 2009.

The concreting works along Midsayap– Makar Road will soon benefit the constituents of eight (8) barangaysin Midsayap, namely: Salunayan, Kapinpilan Nabalawag, Tumbras, Agriculture, Lumupog, Sambolawan and Olandang.

The Midsayap–Makar Road Section connects this barangays to the Municipality of Datu Piang, Maguindanao. The project is 85% accomplished.

The other concreting works are along Dualing–Baliki–Silik Road Baliki section which is 90% completed.

This road section will soon cater the infra-needs of barangays Dualing, Baliki, Dunguan, Langayan, Tapudok in the Municipality of Midsayap and barangays Kolambog, and Silik in the Municipality of Pikit. (DPWH12/PIA 12) [top]
