Davao City (1 August) -- The Commission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO) will conduct its annual Community Education Program (CEP) entitled "Pangingibang bansa: Handa ka na ba?" in Cagayan and Isabela from 30 July to 5 August 2007. The CEP will be undertaken in the following areas:

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan	30 July to 1 August
ILAGAN, Isabela	2 - 3 August
SANTIAGO CITY, Isabela	3-5 August

The CEP seeks to raise public awareness on various issues concerning migration, intermarriages and existing government policies and programs directed against illegal recruitment, documentation fraud, and human trafficking, among others.

CFO officers together with representatives of other government agencies will conduct activities such as school symposia, pulong-pulong/dialogues with NGOs, religious leaders/ members, local government units, community leaders/ members, press briefings and radio interviews.
