CSC offers free medical, dental services for gov't employees

Davao City (14 September) -- The free medical-dental services scheduled on September 18, 2007 by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) XI has been postponed to September 19-21, 2007 starting at 8:30 in the morning at the Davao Medical Center (DMC).
CSC Dir. Anabelle B. Rosell said the medical-dental services is being held in celebration of its annual celebration of the Civil Service Month.
Health services to be rendered are : urinalysis, chest x-ray, complete blood count (CBC), fasting blood Sugar (FBS), Electro-Cardio gram (ECG); stool examination, and dental check-up.
She, however said that the number has been limited to 100 persons as the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has limited the number to 100.
Each agency will be allotted 10 slots for this activity and will be served on a first come, first serve basis.
Names and age of employees must be submitted through CSC fax no. 299-3118. They are advised to come on their preferred schedule date at the Davao Medical Center not later than 8:30 in the morning. (PIA XI) [top]
