Want to learn different languages?

Davao City (22 January) -- If you want to learn different kinds of languages for specific purpose such as but not limited to Korean, Nihonggo, Chinese, Bahasa, French, German, Spanish, Arabic and English; now is your chance as the University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP) is now promoting International Language or IL for those who want to learn different languages.
USEP's IL also offers English for teachers who want to upgrade their teaching and communicative competence in the English language.
The IL offers a three-month course in English for students and graduates who wish to seek employment in call centers in the country, according to Prof. Fernando Magdato during the ROTARY Shares on-the-air program aired over DXRP Radyo ng Bayan hosted by Josette Olivera, Nitz Escarpe and the Philippine Information Agency.
Prof. Magdato, gracing the radio program together with IL executive director Pat Elbanbuena said courses at IL can be taken for periods of two week, one month, three months and one year.
Languages offered include: one-month course, two month or three month course on Basic English, Nihonggo, Korean, Filipino, Bahasa, French, German, Arabic and Spanish;
One-year languages courses or advance English, Nihonggo, Korean, Filipino, Bahasa, French, German and Spanish. A 3-month special program "Speech and Cross-Cultural Communication" is also offered for students who wish to seek employment in call centers.
Short courses are also offered: Technical Writing; Creative Writing; Journalism and Print Media Management; Arabic Language and Culture; Language Assessment and Evaluation; Integrating Constructivism and Multiple Intelligence in the Teaching of Courses Across Curriculum; Functional Grammar; Language research; Reading and Literary appreciation; Speech and Oral Communication in English; and Basic Arabic, Intermediate Arabic, Advance Arabic and one-month Introduction to Islam.
