Silvosa urges Panaboans to regain credibility
Panabo City (29 July) -- In his message during the Monday convocation on July 20, 2009 at New City Hall Lobby, Sponsored by the City Agriculturist's Office, Mayor Jose L. Silvosa, Sr. Urges his audience to regain credibility.
"It causes me pain upon hearing that as Filipino Nation we lost our credibility," Atty. Jose L. Silvosa, Sr. stressed.
"No other way we could attain peace and development but to uphold the rule of law.
