Indonesian gov't offers 2010 Darmasiswa Scholarship

Davao City (30 January) -- Indonesian Government through its Ministry of National Education has offered 2010 Darmasiswa Scholarship for those who are interested to study in Indonesia. Since the increasing interests from year to year, in 2010 the program is offered for 750 foreign students who wish to participate in Darmasiswa.

This year, Darmasiswa RI scholarship offers two schemes. First is One Year Program, to study Indonesian language, traditional music, traditional dance, and Indonesian craft in selected Indonesian higher education institutions.

The other is Six Months Program, to study Indonesian language in selected Indonesian higher education institutions.

Further requirements and details of the program could be observed through www.darmasiswa.diknas.go.id.Interested candidates shall fin in application form that could be downloaded in the homepage.

Candidates are expected to complete and submit all requirements to F. Bernard Loesi, Information and Socio-Cultural Affairs of the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Davao City, Ecoland Drive, at the latest of 17 February 2010, at 4:00 p.m.(ICG) [top]
