CSC-11 joins "HATAW sa People's Park"
Davao City (21 April) -- The Civil Service Commission Regional Office No. 11, headed by Assistant Regional Director Lilia C. Clamor, joined the "Hataw sa Peoples Park " activity on April 7, 2010 in line with the celebration of World Health Day.
World Health Day is celebrated every April 7 of the year. The yearly celebration aims to create awareness on important health issues such as mental health, maternal and child care, and climate change according to the World Health Organization's priority of concern.
This year's celebration was spearheaded by the City Health Office of Davao City with the theme "Urbanization and Health". The celebration was highlighted by the Hataw, a one hour Aerobics exercise that started at 6:00 am. The Hataw was participated in by the different government agencies in the city. (PIA) [top]
