TESDA trains Arab instructors
Cotabato City (4 July) -- The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) spearheads the Training Program for trainers from the General Organization of Technical Education and Vocational Training (GOTEVOT) in Manila from June 25 to July 13, 2007.
A total of 77 Arab techvoc instructors in various trade areas are attending the training program.
The member of participants in this year’s trainers program rose significantly from last year’s 21instructors who attended training in food processing and multi media technology.
The three week trainer’s training program aims to upgrade the competitiveness of GOTEVOT Instructors in six trade areas.
These are digitals, video production, digital photography, computer networking, electro-mechanical maintenance, air-conditioning and refrigeration and vocational inspection. (MCD/PIA 12) [top]
