Tangub supports TESDA's social marketing and advocacy campaign

Cagayan de Oro City (10 October) -- Tangub City in Misamis Occidental staged the social marketing and advocacy campaign spearheaded by the Technical Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in the province yesterday, October 9, at the Sinanduloy Cultural Center.
Part of the campaign was the holding of a seminar on short term course offerings, such as vocational and technical like commercial cooking, computer programming, computer hardware servicing, building wires installation, electronics, household services, and others.
Participants included students, out of school youth, college level, college graduate, and others who are interested in the activity.
This program is designed to provide skills and competencies to job seekers through appropriate training programs that are directly connected to existing jobs for immediate employment and to empower private education and training institutions to offer relevant training programs that meet job requirements.
